Messaging
Reach clients where they are. Send individual SMS messages, run broadcast campaigns to entire program cohorts, or push notifications directly to the Groundrise Connect app all from the same screen. Clients can also message their coordinator directly inside the app, no SMS opt-in required.
Every message is logged automatically to the client's record. No separate messaging tool. No copy-pasting between systems.
Reporting
Run enrollment reports, program outcome summaries, demographic breakdowns, and engagement metrics directly from the platform. Export for board decks or funder reports in minutes, not days.
Document extraction
When clients upload documents — utility bills, rent receipts, business receipts, ID documents — Groundrise can automatically extract the key data from them. Amounts, dates, and identifiers pulled from images in seconds.
Admins and social service workers trigger extraction from the community page, select a document type and date range, and get a clean results table they can export to CSV for reporting or funder verification.
Languages
Clients select their preferred language when they sign up for Groundrise Connect. The entire app navigation, notifications, and content displays in their language automatically.
