Who needs this: Organizations that need to communicate PHI or sensitive clinical information via text message. Standard SMS messaging is included in all tiers for non-clinical use.

A seat is any named staff user (social service workers, case managers, supervisors, admins). Clients using the Groundrise Connect mobile app are never counted as seats, regardless of volume. Very large client volumes may still move an organization into a higher tier. Contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Overage seats are billed month-to-month at your tier's per-seat rate: $40/mo on Seed, $35 on Grow, $28 on Scale. There are no forced upgrades and no surprise jumps. You can stay on your tier and pay per overage seat, or upgrade tiers when it makes financial sense for you.
Yes. Groundrise Connect (the iOS and Android app your clients download to view their case status, programs, and messages) is included at every tier including Seed. It ships white-labeled with your organization's name and branding, not Groundrise's. There is no separate fee for the client app, and clients are never counted against your seat limit.
Standard SMS (both individual messaging and broadcast campaigns) is included in every tier, with a fair-use monthly message allotment scaled to your tier. Messages beyond your included allotment are billed at $0.02 each. Your exact allotment is confirmed during your demo based on your organization's size. In-app messaging between clients and coordinators is separate from SMS, included in every tier, and doesn't require SMS opt-in. The only SMS add-on is HIPAA-compliant SMS ($500/mo), which is required only if your organization needs to send protected health information via text.
All tiers are priced on an annual commitment: you're billed monthly but contracted for 12 months. Non-renewal requires 30 days written notice before your anniversary date. Early termination terms are available and can be discussed during your demo.
Yes. Every tier includes a one-time onboarding engagement covering platform setup, data migration support, and staff training. It's billed separately from your monthly platform fee and scoped based on your organization's size and needs. Contact us for a quote.
